What is a “Task?”   A “Task” is a project or activity that we provide for you. A Task could be as simple as sending flowers for Mother’s Day or as complicated as providing managerial accounting help. All of our Personal and Business Packages provide full access to our extensive list of Tasks. The services that we offer our clients is growing every day, any services not listed below can be requested of your Task Escape representative.

What is a ‘Task Hour?’

Task Escapes allocates a certain amount of “Task Hours” to each project that we undertake on behalf of our clients. The smallest unit available is ¼ Task Hour used for sending faxes, making dinner reservations and other similarly quick tasks. Larger projects like bookkeeping, graphic design or web page design help will take an appropriately larger number of tasks hours.

When you submit a project, your Task Escape representative will quote a Task Hour estimate that will be deducted from your monthly total. Should the task take longer then we estimate there is no additional charge to you.
