www.taskescape.com ("Task Escape”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors on-line while interacting with the content, products and services on this site (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other web sites to which we link. This Privacy Policy describes in some detail the information that we collect from you (or “User”) as part of the normal operation of our service, and what may happen to the information we collect.

Use of Information Obtained

Email Opt-out

Task Escape employs a strict policy against sending unsolicited email. Because email is an integral part of the program, you sign up to receive email targeted to your interests at the time of enrollment. If you later decide you wish to cease participation in this portion of the program, by clicking on the opt-out links contained within each Task Escape email or by sending an email to info@TaskEscape.com.

Please note that opting not to receive email does not exempt you from receiving administrative emails that include but are not limited to, notices about vital program and membership status changes, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions updates and purchase and redemption confirmation emails.

Our Member Services Department may contact you in response to your inquiries, to provide services at your request and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email, telephone or fax in accordance with your wishes.

Cookies

Task Escape aggregates non- personally identifiable information and may disclose such aggregated information to third parties for marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, it does not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to identify you.

Notwithstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law or We believe that such action is necessary: to comply with legal process such as a search warrant or court order; to protect against misuse or unauthorised use of Our Site.

Task Escape may also share or disclose information, where necessary, to legal and other professional advisers, Task Escape’s related companies and other business support providers, including document storage, printing and collating companies.

Links

You should be aware that when you are on this Site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There are links to other sites from Site pages that take you outside our service. For example, if you "click" on a banner advertisement or a "referral link to another site", the "click" takes you off the Site. This includes links from some advertisers, site sponsors and partners that may use Site’s logo as part of a co-branding agreement. These other sites may send their own cookies to Users, collect data or solicit personal information.

The Site is not responsible for the privacy policies and/ or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a User should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collect by the Site.

From time-to-time our Site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Live Assistance

We offer you a unique ‘Live Assistance’ feature on the Site to interact with us for any instant assistance or query handling. When the online customer service chat first begins, Users are asked to enter their names in whatever format or detail they prefer. During the chat, Users enter into a live question and answer session with an operator. We maintain dialogue transcripts of these chats. After the chat, we ask Users to fill out an exit survey in order to obtain valuable feedback about our service. Filling out the exit survey is completely voluntary. The surveys may ask for contact information (e.g., email address) and for demographic information (e.g., zip code, age or income level).

We log browser information (e.g., Internet Protocol addresses and browser types) to help diagnose problems with our server, gather broad demographic information and administer our site.
