Task Escape is an online service provider providing ‘remote’ assistance to customers in a wide array of activities from administrative, financial, creative writing, to customer care services ( collectively known as “ Services”) at a low cost, enabling our customers to save both time and money. The term ‘remote’ implies assistance provided through the Internet, phone, email or facsimile.

Eligibility and Authorization:

To be eligible for our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. When signing up for our Services, you authorize Task Escape, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity. This may include asking you for further information, requiring you to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, and verifying your information against third party databases or through other sources.

This Site and our Services are available for those individuals or entities who can form legal binding contracts under applicable law and who are employees and affiliates of those entities who have service agreements with Task Escape.

Fees for Users:

Fees for Services can be obtained in the Pricing Name Section of the Web Site. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Changes to our fee schedule are effective after we provide you with at least fourteen (14) days' notice by posting the changes on the Site or contacting you through the email or mailing address listed in your account. Changes in fees for current customers or clients become effective at the beginning of their next billing period. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the Site.

Loss / Damage of Client Property:

Task Escape will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the property belonging to its clients. Task Escape cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft of data, projects, equipment or any items relating to projects, during transit to, from or whilst at the premises of Green Earth Virtual Assistance.

Due to the varied nature of work carried out by Task Escape it is not possible to insure client’s property at the moment.

Clients must make copies of all data and information and insure equipment and items for use away from their own premises, prior to submitting to Task Escape.

Final proof reading and checking of all work supplied is the responsibility of the client. Task Escape must be notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt of completed work. Any errors generated by Task Escape will be amended free of charge, however any amendments or alterations, suggested by the client, will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Due to computer viruses, all incoming emails will be virus scanned. However, we may still not open unsolicited attachments to emails or emails that look suspicious by being from an unrecognised sender, have no subject heading or contain no message alongside an attachment.

Trial Offer:

The trial offer offers 5 hours of service to be used within a week .This trial will be offered free of cost if the user continues the service. If the user does not wish to continues the service user will be automatically billed at $7.95 /hour.

User Name, Account and Password:

When you sign up for Services from Task Escape, you will be given a Username and also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to select a password that is only known to you and is not easily identifiable to others. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your membership including maintaining the security of your password.

You will not disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you know of or suspect any unauthorised use of your membership or access to your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another User.

Closing your Account:

You may close your Account at any time by logging in to the Task Escape Portal and following the instructions to cancel membership or by contacting a Task Escape Representative. If your account is not closed before your next billing cycle your account will be renewed .Non active account will be automatically closed after 6 months. In the event of termination of your service agreement, sections: Exclusion Of Warranty, Limitation Of Liability, Indemnification, Prohibited Content and/or Activity, Links To/From Third Party Sites, Copyright/ Restrictions On Use Of Material. Trademarks, Service Marks, Logos, and Corporate Identifications Protected, would still survive.

Exclusion of Warranty:

While Task Escape uses reasonable efforts to maintain this site in an up-to-date fashion, it does not warrant the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of any information contained on this site, and may make changes thereto at any time in its sole discretion without notice.
